GA House is a single-family home designed to achieve a balance between functionality, formal simplicity, and a strong connection to the environment. Its design is simple yet expressive, defined by elements that regulate light and shadow throughout the day.

 

On the ground floor, the house emphasizes its relationship with the garden by organizing the social area as a large, continuous space that opens fully to the outside—transforming the house itself into a terrace. This connection is carefully protected from the western sun by a system of rotating wooden louvers that provide thermal comfort, privacy, and a dynamic visual identity.

 

The landscaping responds to the local climate with a sustainable approach, using native species and inert materials such as gravel to reduce water consumption, while reserving a small, greener, and more enjoyable garden for the social area.

 

GA House offers an architecture that is context-sensitive, adaptable over time, and promotes an open, intimate, and light-filled way of living.
